  • Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) - we are at the vanguard of the Health and Social Care Network (HSCN), having achieved Stage 1 compliance as a Consumer Network Service Provider (CN-SP) and currently implementing Stage 2.
  • ISO 27001 - Information Security Management System (ISMS)
  • ISO 9001 - this certification allows us to specify and deliver IT products and services which meet international quality standards
  • PRINCE2 - our PRINCE2 qualified project managers ensure we employ only best practices in the application of our project management services
  • PCI DSS accreditation - this standard requires those who store, process or transmit cardholder data to build and maintain a secure IT network, protect cardholder data, maintain a vulnerability management program, implement strong access control measures, regularly monitor and test networks, and maintain an information security policy.
  • ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System - identified key sites within Capita IT Enterprise Services have achieved this standard for their service in recognition of the robust processes and plans they have put in place to ensure business resilience and continuity of service for their customers in the event of unexpected incidents, such as power failures or natural disasters.
  • Investors in PeopleCapita Managed IT Solutions, part of Capita IT Enterprise Services, is accredited by Investors in People
  • Customer First - Capita Managed IT Solutions, part of Capita IT Enterprise Services, has been awarded the prestigious Customer First UK Standard for its work within the Education sector. The company has been highly commended for its strong client relationships, commitment to after-service provision, meticulous feedback processes and diligent staff.
